Empirical Research on the Effects of Resources on Strategic Change under Turbulent Environment

摘要：

Strategic change is an important research field of strategic management. This paper mainly investigates the effects of resources on strategic change. The theoretical framework is put forward to the resources subdivision and the characteristics of resources. The theoretical model is tested using extensive longitudinal data from Chinese pharmacy industry and taking advantage of logical regression among SPSS10.0. The result suggests that financial assets influence strategic change possibility remarkably. Other types of resources cant pass the significant testing. The result has definite significance to the strategic change theory under the special circumstance in China.
