Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: a Positive Analysis of Logistics Enterprises Cooperation and Its Consequences
Modern enterprises performance in operation does not depend on how many resources the enterprises have but how many resources they can integrate even though they do not have all ownership of the resources. Such cognitional changes force enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to regulate the structure of their organization and try to manage then-business eagerly by inter-industry, trans-regional and inter-cooperative networks. Based on the research finding and theory of enterprises cooperation, and in view of the features of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper takes a positive study of the cooperation of small logistics companies, its consequence, motivation and interrelationship, using structural model with the analysis of primary element. Result shows that any input in or devotion to the cooperation between small logistics companies will influence each other in strategic value, economic benefits and intangible assets and equity, subsequently companies acquirement of economic benefit from the cooperation will influence the companies input in or devotion to the cooperation. The variety, quantity, quality and return of input in or devotion to the cooperation have quite many influences on the trust on each other. The real case study on the cooperation between logistics companies shows that the cooperation relationships can be established through some resources input or devoted which can greatly promote the companies ability of logistics.
