Grey Comprehensive Diagnosis Model and Its Application of the Technological Innovation Capability of Scientific-Technical Entrepreneurial Firm

摘要：

In this paper, a grey comprehensive diagnosis model of technological innovation capability of the Scientific-Technical Entrepreneurial Firm is put forward and its application is illustrated with an example. It gives a new diagnosis method for technological innovation capability of firm. This method supplies the evidence for objectively evaluating and timely adjusting enterprises technological innovation strategies. It will help to improve enterprises technological innovation capability continuously.
