The Impact of Absorptive Capability, Knowledge Integration on Organizational Innovation and Performance
This paper studies the relationships among absorptive capability, knowledge integration, organizational innovation and organizational performance in this paper. The sample of this study has 124 high-tech companies in south China, The major findings of this study are summarized as followings: (1) Absorptive capability has a distinct direct positive impact on knowledge integration, (2) Absorptive capability does not have a distinct direct positive impact on organization innovation, (3) Knowledge integration has a distinct direct positive impact on organization innovation, and (4) Organization Innovation has a distinct direct positive impact on organizational performance. The results of this paper are meaningful for us to further understand the relationships among absorptive capability, knowledge integration, organization innovation and organizational performance.
