A Study on the Relations of Influencing Factors of Knowledge Spillover inside the Clusters of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

摘要：

Inside a cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises, knowledge spillover makes a difference on these enterprises core competitiveness, including the improvement of the level of management and technology, share of information, enhancement of staffs abilities and so on. On the basis of the research of the predecessors in this field and combined with the influencing factors model of flowing and learning of knowledge in enterprises network, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge spillover among small and medium-sized enterprises. The knowledge spillover honeycomb model, by M.C.J.Caniels in 2000, is amended for the study of the spillover among enterprises.
