Regional Factors, Function of Innovational Main Body and Development Drive of Industrial Innovative System——Based on Positive Analysis of Medicine Industry and Photoelectron Industry
The development drive of industrial innovative system is not only influenced by input of various innovative resources, but also by regional factors which influence knowledge supplying, knowledge shifting, knowledge acceptance as well as knowledge application. These regional factors reflect the foundation of humanity, environment, and economic development which is in sole possession by the region and the initial endowment conditions of the main body of innovation. They not only influence the exertion of the function of innovational main body, even have crucial effect on the industrial innovative system. Through the positive analysis of medicine industry and photoelectron industry, this article proves above-mentioned hypothesis by the Panel Data model, and interprets that the same industry is of different innovational efficiency in different region, further, even in the same region, the development drive of different industry is different, so it is very important to establish different cultivating policy.
