Entrepreneurial Organization, Orientation and Performance: a Configuration Model

摘要：

The primary challenge of this research is to determine the relation between corporate entrepreneurship measured with scales, and performance of the organizations in transition economy. In our work we compare various contemporary approaches towards analyzing firms entrepreneurship. The research has proved that there is a relatively strong relation between entrepreneurial management and performance. The strongest relations lie among entrepreneurial strategy orientation, entrepreneurship culture and performance. They create an important configuration for influencing performance in the transition economy organizations. Our research also revealed that there is a strong relation between some dimensions of the entrepreneurial orientation scale and performance.
