Knowledge Innovation Content of Knowledge Work: the Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Testing

Knowledge innovation content refers to the quantity of new knowledge creating, forming and applying in the process of knowledge work. It is (he source of knowledge work sustained development, and has a great strategic significance to the knowledge work. But until now, there is still no effective way to define and gauge the knowledge innovation content of knowledge work. Through the analysis of different knowledge work position, this article intends to discuss the measurement of knowledge innovation content of knowledge work. In order to do this, the author sets up an analytical model and an effective index system to token the knowledge innovation content of different knowledge work position. From the result of statistics it approves reliable and valid. So it provides a method and standard to define and gauge the knowledge innovation content of knowledge work. It is the first step to solve the other problems of knowledge management.
