The Relations between. Independent Innovation Ability and Technological Innovation Ability of Industrial Cluster
The independent innovation ability of the industrial cluster is the most vigorous form in the technological innovation ability. This paper, beginning with the discussion of the concepts of the technological innovation ability of the industrial cluster, explains the intension of independent innovation ability of the industrial cluster, and expounds the relation between them. It analyses the harmony and dependence between the independent innovation ability and technological innovation ability of the industrial cluster after analyzing the industry through the case. Furthermore, it is proposed that the industrial cluster should obtain the competition advantage in market competition only if they make independent innovation ability and technological innovation ability organic combine together, and make the two develop in harmony. To solve a series of issues such as insufficiency of independent innovation ability in our country at present, it can offer certain theoretical and practical guide.
