Analysis of Commercial Bank Strategic Alliance Stability
Strategic alliance is still in the initial stage in Chinese banks now. Many alliances have been unstable for lacking cooperative experience or for other reasons. In order to effectively avoid or prevent strategic alliance instability, we need to carry on this research and propose the corresponding countermeasures. This article first studies the connotation of strategic alliance stability, then carries on a dynamic analysis of the commercial bank strategic alliance stability based on Game theory, analyzing the key factors which influence the stability of the commercial bank strategic alliance. On the basis of these, the article puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the commercial banks strategic alliance.
