Analysis arid Count-Measures on the New Characteristics of FDI Entry Mode in China

摘要：

Since 1979, foreign investors have applied different models to enter into China in different periods. Accordingly, there exist three stages: from 1979 to 1985,contractual joint venture (CJV) was dominant; from 1986 to 1991,equity joint venture (EJV) outnumbered CJV becoming the most important mode; from 1992 till now, wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) has been developing rapidly. Before 1992, most of the investors were small and middle-sized enterprises; and after 1992, they are mainly dominated by MNCs by the Use of M & A.
