The Evergreen Companies——Reintegration of the Competitive Theory

摘要：

At present, the research on competitive advantage theory has to become three schools, which are competitive advantage school, core competence school and resource school. From outside-decided theory, inside-decided theory, to dynamic developing theory, the search for the source of competitive advantage has experienced an evolving process. On the basis of strategic management theory, this study reintegrates the competitive theory with systematic analytic method. It has smoothed different theories of these three schools and provided a clear path to search for competitive advantage for companies.
