Internationalization Operation Strategies of Chinese Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

As a rule of business development, internationalization is an important way for tile growth of medium-size businesses. Internationalization operation is an important path for an enterprise to enter international market. There are different ways of internationalization for different products and different enterprises when they enter different international market environments. There are different types of products, such as domestic consumption-based products, primary labor-intensive products, marketing-intensive products and capital-technology-intensive products. The competitive condition of an enterprise in a different value chain link determines its internationaiization strategy. And the difference of competitiveness determines an enterprise to choose his international operating mode. Acclimatizing oneself to different marketing environment is the key to successful internationalization. For most of Chinese SMEs, hardly can they have the absolute advantages as the multinational enterprises in the developed country. So they should adopt progressive and manifold internationalization operation according to their own characteristics.
