Empirical Study of Cooperative, Competitive and Avoid Conflict Resolution for Distribution Supply Chain
Nowadays distributors have undergone great changes that place more emphases on integrated logistics and supply chain management rather than merchant distribution. Under this circumstance, only when partnerships are established between distributors and suppliers, the synergy and cooperative performance would be achieved. By utilizing SEM, this paper explores the correlation between affective relational factors and cooperation as well as conflict based on literature review and China enterprise background analysis. We propose that the partnership link duration (hereafter short for PLD) of distribution supply chain can not be achieved at one point, but determined by formal interaction behaviors, and the latter also influenced by various relational factors. Through this analysis, tracks and value-added way for China distributors are evaluated.
