Sustainable Development Evaluation of Power Plants Based on Multilevel Matter-Element Analysis

Sustainable development is a new sort of practical model for international community to advance economic social development in the 21 century, which is the only way to achieve the new pattern of industrialization in China. Making sustainable development evaluation of power plants is a necessary step in sustainable development of power plants, which is a summarization of former performance, and it is the scientific basis for future developing emphasis and direction. Extension engineering method is a kind of practical method to solve the realistic illogicality. Sustainable development evaluation in power plants contributes to promoting sustainable development control of power plants in a more comprehensive and thorough manner, and it is significant for power plants economic benefit, exist and development. In this paper, multilevel matter-element analysis is applied to evaluate the sustainable development of power plants, and the system of evaluating indexes, together with analytical hierarchy process, is established scientifically to determine the weights of the indexes, which provides a new way for sustainable development evaluation in power plants, and illustrates some examples to explain that this kind of method has good application, and the analyzing result is reasonable.
