The Application of Fuzzy Optimization Based on Combined Weight in Risk Evaluation of Real Estate Projects Investment
The profit of real estate projects is uncertain, and the existence of these uncertainties determines that the investment of real estate projects has some risk. In the course of the real estate projects investment, the profit is always linking with risk. In this investment environment of risk, if investors want to achieve the anticipative goal, the risk analysis of real estate investment projects must be taken. But the system of real estate projects investment is complex, and the appraisal content of that is various. In this paper, the system of evaluating indices is established scientifically and fuzzy optimization model based on information entropy and analytical hierarchy process is applied to evaluate the risk of real estate projects investment, which is colligated with the advantages of three models, providing a new way of evaluating the risk of real estate projects investment. An example is used to explain that these three models have proved to be a good application to explain and the result of this model is objective and reasonable by comparison with some other methods.
