Performance Appraisal of Knowledge Chain Based on Benchmarking

摘要：

Knowledge chain is formed as knowledge flows among the various innovation bodies. However, it is crucially important for knowledge chain performance to be scientifically and systemically appraised, because it can ensure knowledge chain to healthily develop. Therefore, this paper puts forward the principles for performance appraisal of knowledge chain based on the characteristics of knowledge chain. Moreover, it not only analyses the process through which performance appraisal of knowledge chain is implemented, but also the problems need to be noted.
