Research on Building up Logistic Information Network System of the old Northeast Industrial Base
The development of modern logistics is increasingly dependent on its informatization and network. However, the northeast regional logistics information networks are constructed in a scattered and duplicated pattern severely. This paper analyzes the level of logistics information network and its important features with that the public goes beyond logistics information platform in the old northeast industrial base in China, and describes its function in resources integration, and how to deals with operations, decision-making, and intelligence. It gives the three-dimensional structural modeling of the Logistics Information Network of old industrial bases in northeast China and conducts an in-depth study of the operational mechanism so as to make up for the shortage of being lack of an unified system for logistics information network up to now.
