Research on Building IT Capability Based on Enterprise Continuance Competitive Advantage

摘要：

In the era of information economy, how enterprise use information technology to obtain continuance competitive advantage is the issue, which is continuously concerned about by researchers. Based on resources theory, this article explains IT capability and its formation mechanism from the perspective of gaining competitive advantage, analyzes the ability of carriers and elements of IT capability, discusses the affection of IT capability to the continuance competitive advantage of enterprises, and explores the strategy to build IT capability based on continuance competitive advantage.
