An IT Supported New Service Mode Promoting Sustainable Development of Manufacturing——Cooperative Service

摘要：

With sharp expanding production capacity and drastically competitive market environment, products supply of traditional manufacturing has been in saturated status. The service incremental strategy is put forward. Enterprises can enhance their kernel competitive power and realize sustainable development through an innovative service supply in total product lifecycle. The evolution process from traditional service mode to cooperative service mode is analyzed, and main technologies to build cooperative service, the organization form, the identification and establishment of business model and IT-support system of cooperative service, are discussed, building a theoretical base for next deep study of cooperative service. With rapid development of manufacture technology, information technology and network technology and wide application of remote diagnose technology; supplying world-widely professional cooperative service already has a technical base and realizing possibility.
