Study on Closing Mechanism of Closed-loop Supply Chain Based on Circular Economy
Circular economy is a mode of economy development which echoes the philosophy of reducing, reusing and recycling. Some measures should be taken to minimize pollution from the source and reduce overall waste output per unit under constraint of economy and technology. According to the request of circular economy, enterprises could obtain the environmental and economic benefit through redesigning the process of logistics. Closed-loop supply chain, which is an effective strategy to promote the sustainable development and circular economy, is paid more attention by enterprisers and experts. In this paper, we discuss the closing mechanism of supply chain from intra-firm reverse logistics, inter-firms reverse logistics and social reverse logistics. Finally, the alternative of strategy is proposed to implement closed-loop supply chain management and to promote the development of circular economy in the end.
