Study on Neural Network, Enterprise Strategy and Sustainable Development of Enterprise

Analyzing business environment from the perspective of neural network is a new enterprise management idea. At the period of transformation for Chinese business enterprises, how to adapt to the complex external environment, draw up effective developmental strategy, and realize sustainable development are the key problems for the research of business strategic management. Nowadays, business faces the external environment of economical globalization, market integration and vehement competition. With the deepening of the complexity of strategic environment and the fall of its foresight-ability, the impact of techniques on business strategic environment is strengthening. Because the environment is dynamic, complicated, nonlinear and uncertain, how to realize sustainable development that matches its environment is the key for the management practice that needs innovation of theory and method. The neural network combines the advantages of the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, incarnates the thought of the artificial intelligence and expert systems, displays its own advantage, and is widely used in strategy analysis. Enterprises can enhance the veracity of environment prediction, lower the risk of the business enterprise, draw up the developing strategy that matches environment, and realize sustainable development based on the neural network model.
