The Strategies Selection for Employment Service System in Transitional Period

This paper provided a retrospect on the development process of the employment service in China, analyzed the major issues confronting employment service system in the transitional period, put forward the factor composition model of the employment service system, and re-designed its management system at the macro level. In the research conclusion, the theories and methodologies for designing the employment service system in economic and social transitional period were summarized and new employment service channels adapted to labor market changes were explored, which is of great practical significance in promoting the full employment both in rural and urban areas and building up the employment service system with harmonious labor relations.
