Study on Chinese Government Anti-Dumping Responding Mechanism
Given the context of the rapid development of economic globalization, Chinese exports are increasing sharply owing to Chinas being World Manufacturer in the past decades. Yet on the other hand, more and more imports have entered into Chinese market with relative low price including some products even at the dump price, which, in turn, will damage Chinese relevant domestic industries interests. This paper aims at do some practical researches on how to perfect the Chinese government mechanism of anti-dumping in protecting national interest, domestic industrial development and for the safety of national economy.
