Analysis on Strategic Positioning of Investment by Government Invested Enterprises
Government invested enterprises have made indelible contributions to the economic development of our country. However, due to the long-term influence and sentimental management of the government under planned economy, governmental invested enterprises seem in the state of awkwardness with the further implementation of market economy. Therefore, only by beginning from strategic perspective and making reasonable investment strategic positioning, can the development lie in. The paper starts from the analysis of traits of governmental invested enterprises, which are distinctive from other ordinary investment ones, explores the existing problems and reasons as in the case of strategic positioning of governmental invested enterprises during their process of investment, and then chooses 5 aspects, namely, ideas, capability, management, investment field and project choices so as to make investigations on strategic positioning of those investment enterprises.
