The Study on the Trust Guarantee Mechanism of Virtual Enterprise

摘要：

One of the governing methods for the virtual enterprise is to build the trust guarantee mechanism, whose essence is the virtual enterprises profits/risks-allocation mechanism on the basis of the agreement and mutual benefits. This thesis explores the basic principle on (he profits allocation of the virtual enterprise, adopting the hypothetical theory of the Nash bargaining model, construct the model for calculating the profits/risks-allocation modulus of the virtual enterprise, and verify this mode! through demonstration.
