An Analysis on Administration and Its Strategy in Chinese Universities
As an institution seeking and promoting advanced knowledge, universities should embody the characteristic of its academic organization. At present, the administration staffs of some universities have not established the consciousness necessity to execute their responsibilities, which leads to the role reversal phenomenon between administration and academic. It requires the administrators to upgrade their consciousness of serving and generate strategies on the basis of accepting different opinions and give full pJay to the educators. The reform within the administrative system should be strengthened, too. Only under the guidance of governments policy and universitys own reform guided by workable strategy can administration of the university achieve a higher level.
