Research on Sustainable Strategic Environmental Assessment of Central and Western China

摘要：

Currently there is a strategic opportunity in west China development and the central China economic booming. The central and western regions have drawn up corresponding strategic development plans in light of autonomous circumstances. Based on the principles of sustainability and correlation studies home and abroad, this article has formulated an index system suited to the regional strategic environmental assessment. Our empirical research has been carried out through the methods of hierarchical comprehensive evaluation and GI, and the evaluation results have been analyzed.
