The Grad in Generalized-grads Theory Based on the Interpretive Structure Model in West China

Based on the existing problems in the development of West China, this paper begins by analyzing the relationship between industrial structure and circulation economy, and applies the concept of cyclic economy to the development in West China. Firstly this paper introduces the main idea of the Generalized-grads Theory and its expansion on the traditional grads theory. Then it takes the idea and the inner relationships of the grad in generalized-grads as the study target. By introducing the system engineering methods, it uses Interpretive Structure Model to systematically analyze the grad in Generalized-grads Theory and obtains an interpretive structure model on it. In the end, this paper analyzes the results briefly and makes some conclusion by making use of the present situation in West China.
