Reflection on the Tactic of a Large-step Development of Underdeveloped Regions: Thoughts on Construction and Development of Technology-led City

摘要：

Based on the analysis of famous international technological cities, and in order to realize a large-step development in the underdeveloped regions, this article will discuss the rules on the development of technology-led cities of the world, analyze on upgrading construction conditions of technology-led cities in China, and give some strategic advice on the construction of technology-led city with Chinese characteristics.
