Strategic Research on Construction Enterprises Human Resource Based on Incentive Mechanism
Human resource has become the most important strategic resource in modern enterprise competitiveness. The managers effective incentive to staff has become the core content for the enterprises human resource strategic management. How to choose an appropriate incentive mechanism is extremely vital for the strategic implementation of human resource management. However, little strategic research has been made on the enterprise human resource based on incentive mechanism, and most of them are about the managerial enterprises, rather than the construction enterprises. Shortly after an analysis of the necessity of the incentive mechanism to the human resource strategic management of Chinese construction enterprises, this paper, by use of principle-agent theory, firstly establishes an incentive game model of the superiority supplementary cooperation under asymmetrical information. And then, the most superior contract equation on salary incentive is established. The Nash equilibrium solution explains the interrelations among staffs incentive coefficient, the risk circumvention and the cost coefficient. Finally, the author proposes the most superior strategy system of the construction enterprise human resource based on the incentive mechanism. The establishment of incentive mechanism guarantees the maximal benefit of the construction enterprise and its staff. Moreover, it can promote the implementation of construction enterprises sustainable development.
