Research on Human Capital Investment Strategy of Enterprise Groups Based on Fuzzy Cluster Theory

摘要：

An enterprise group is an organizational form different from general enterprises, and its human capital investment has its special characteristics and factors of influence. Whether a strategy of human capital is correct or not relates to the existence and development of an enterprise group. It is very important to seek correct decision-making methods and ways. The paper puts forward a new decision-making model of human capital investment based on fuzzy set and analyzes its practical use.
