Research on the Counter Measures to Implement Strategic Cost Management under the Guidance of Scientific Development

摘要：

Under the guideline of Scientific Development, the most important factor for the sustainable development of airport industry lies in the implementation of Strategic Cost Management (SCM). The paper reveals the significance of SCM of airport industry from the connotation of Scientific Development, and it, taking Value Chain proposed by Potter as the main thought for the analysis of cost on airport industry, sets up mode of SCM. Furthermore, this paper puts forward the counter measures to cany out SCM under the guidance of Scientific Development of airport industry.
