Research on Total Green Integrated Production System (TGIPS)

摘要：

With the rapid development of science and technology, intense market competition, diversification of the social demands, protection of human beings environment, and the necessity of making full use of the natural resources, the search for an ideal production system has become a research to which now the whole world is paying special attention. By analyzing Lean system, Green manufacturing system and other advanced production systems, the author has put forward an ideal production system-Total Green Integrated Production System (TGIPS). This system not only agrees with the demands of technical progress but also is appropriate to the sustainable strategy of human beings. It has absorbed the cream of all advanced production system and based on some new thinking such as Total Green Management (TGM). The Total Green Management (TGM) is the result of combination of the Total Quality Management (TQM) with Green Management.
