Talents Strategy of Supporting SME Technology Innovation in West China

摘要：

The absence of the talents is always the bottleneck of the innovation in the small enterprise of west China. This paper starts from three factors of the technology innovation enterprise, market and government, combined with the situation of the human resource development in west China, Detecting the developing strategy position, realization path and related strategy policy support of small enterprises technical innovative talents.
