Analog Simulated Research on Flow Field for Goaf in Fully Mechanized Caving Longwall Face
In order to research the air pressure distribution in goaf, the 3D model of the goaf for the fully mechanized top-coal longwall caving face was designed and manufactured. The proportion of the model and real object is 1:100. In the model some laneways and zones were designed, such as intake, return, high level gas drainage gateway, the collapsed zone and the fractured zone. Three rows of pressure sensors were laid out in the model, three layers in every row, in all 120 air pressure sensors. Data gathering is completed automatically by 7v14 data gathering device and self-programming soft. The air pressure distribution in the goaf was measured under the different ventilation mode and under the different air quantity, the test results were analyzed. It is significant to control gas and spontaneous combustion in goaf.
