Study on the Adhesive Model of Screening Moist Fine Coal
For improving the efficiency of screening moist fine coal, the adhering mechanism of moist fine particle is theoretically analyzed. It is considered that the liquid bridge formed by surface water between two particles as well as particle and screen plate is the main factor which worsens the screening process. Based on the correlative theory of liquid bridge, the adhesive model of wet fine particle is built up and an approximate formula is introduced to calculating the liquid bridge force between particle and screen plate. Then the biggest adhesion size is brought forward and the calculation formula of the biggest adhesion size for linear vibration sieve is gained through force analyses of sieving particles. Several methods for solving the adhesive problem are put forward, these methods have guiding meaning to design and apply screen.
