Determination on reasonable length of fully mechanized coal face with sublevel caving based on gas drainage

摘要：

In consideration of the characteristic of fully mechanized top-coal caving mining techniques, based on the characteristic of gas extraction methods and system disposal in thick coal seam with high gas, according to the principle of the coal-bed gas content drained by ventilation more than the coal-bed gas content in the coal face after the predrianage, this article puts forward the methods and formula for determining the reasonable length of fully mechanized coal face in thick coal seam with high gas, meeting the requirement of the gas extraction. The finding of this study is applied in Hebi coal mine.
