Research on Parameters of Protective Coal Pillar of Buildings in Deep-lying Mining
With mining depth increasing continuously in our country, the problems about strata and ground movement are becoming more complicated. Meanwhile, it brings new prediction and controls problems. In deep mining design, if parameters of strata movement and design method are the same as the shallow mining, the size of protective coal pillar will be surely increased, and mining recovery ratio is influenced. Based on analyzing the problems in deep-lying conditions at present, its changing principle along with geology mining conditions was probed, and its calculation formula was established in deep-lying. In a mine, parameters of coal pillar for protection of buildings in deep-lying mining is not constant, but complicity nonlinear relationships changing with mining depth, the ratio of mining depth to thickness, coal seam dip angle, and etc. Finally parameters of rationalization are verified with example, so theory basis is provided with for designing coal pillar to protect buildings (structures).
