The Apllication of Simulation Tecnology in the Lengthening Study of the Working Face
High yield and high efficiency is one of the premise condictions to design modern synthetical mechanized working face1.It cant bring about maximium yield for either too short working face or too long working face.On the basis of theoretical analysis,it is known that there must exist an optimal length or length scope for the working face under definitive equipments parameters and producing condiction which is an important question worthy of studying. Because that there are so many random factors during the producing of working face,its difficult to directly construct a mathematical model to calculate the optimal length or length scope of the working face.Based on the above reasons, taking the X coalmines 2307 working face as an example,and taking WITNESS software as a tool,we simulated the producing process of the working face through which the rational length scope of working face and reliability data about the working equipments was got,which can be used as the reference idea for the managers.
