Safety Analysis for Man-Machine-Environment System in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

The safety of fully mechanized mining face in Xinzhuang coal mine was analyzed and researched with man-machine-environment system engineering theory and methodology. The causes and countermeasures of human error were put forward. The relationship between casualty accidents and workers quality, psychological factors and fatigue was analyzed. The reliability of equipments in fully mechanized mining face was also analyzed. On the basis of it, casualty accident was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by the use of ETA and FTA. Grey correlative analysis and fuzzy cluster analysis were used to studying environment factors. At the same time, the countermeasures to improve environmental condition were put forward. Finally, the safety of fully mechanized mining face was evaluated with grey entropy synthetic evaluation modal. The problems existing in fully mechanized mining face was pointed out and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
