Quantifying Identification of Pile Integrity on Perturbation Matrix in Colliery
Quantifying identification of the defects for foundation pile is an anxious question to be solved in engineering technology fields. The formulae and method of quantifying identification of defect extent on a foundation pile were presented by perturbation matrix and dynamics theories of foundation pile in the paper. The location and extent of pile defects can be detected by the method only from measured natural frequency of piles, and the aging extent of piles can also be identified, which solved the problem that the present test methods to detect pile integrity cant solve. The approach was proved to be effective and valuable by numerical simulates of damage detection on a reinforced concrete pile.
