Study of Systematic Technique in Curing Large Scale Roof Fall of Ingate
Based on the analysis of several methods in curing the roof fall, an integrated technology in curing large scale roof fall of ingate was introduced in this paper. The foam resin grouting and the mixture grouting by concrete and soluble glass were used to deal with the fall area. The foam resin was firstly filled into the area, which could control the roof displacement, prevent the rock fall and ensure the safety of the support structure of the shaft; then the roof fall area was passed by tremie pre-grouting in layers. After the tunnel was excavated, the surrounding rock was first supported by U-shaped steel and shotcreting timely, and then supported by internal grouting bolt. The study has proved that this kind of integrated technique is a good method that can ensure the construction safety and the long-term stability of the support structure and meet with the supporting requirement of the tunnel, it also have a preferable technical and economical outcomes.
