Expert System of Surface Mine Bench Blasting
Expert system of open pit bench blasting is an embodiment of artificial intelligence used in open pit blasting. In factual engineering, the object of open pit bench blasting is changing at all times, so it is difficult to design open pit bench blasting in an unchangeable way. It is an intelligent way to design open pit bench blasting with expert system, which can avoid the un- rationality of blasting parameters because of the unilateral mining engineers. If expert system of open pit bench blasting is adopted, the blasting effects can be approved availably, the cost of products and blasting hazards can be cut down, and the safety and the economic benefits can be improved. The concepts and makeup of expert system are discussed in this paper, and the expert system of open pit bench blasting is discussed and designed.
