Study on Blasting Parameters Optimization in Anjialing Open-Pit Mine
In order to improve the broken effect of coal and rock in Anjialing open-pit mine, lower the blasting cost, this paper carry through some analysis and researches from three aspects as follows: the influence of joint and fracture on the blasting effect, the energy matching of explosive and rock, the interval charge in deep-hole bench blasting. In addition, in view of some problems which this mine encountered such as the tight bottom and boulder in blasting, by changing the network parameters, charging structure, explosive factors, the location of detonation charges and millisecond interval and other technical measures, the blasting effect get an effective improvement. Practice proved that the optimized blasting technique greatly enhance the overall production efficiency in Anjialing open-pit mine, and the exploitation cost get a very good control.
