Study on Safety Management and Control of Mine Blasting Project
Mine blasting safety is a great event related to life and property of enterprise staff and related to economic development and social stabilization. It is a problem which engineering and technological personnel are concerned of on how to carry on the safety management and control effectively. According to characteristics of mine blasting operation, the reasons why safety accidents happen in the course of mine blasting are analyzed in detail, and risk factors which easily cause safety accidents are found. Based on analyzed results of the risk factors above, matter-element analyzing is introduced to safety management and control of mine blasting, and safety assessment model is established which can give relevant safety levels and controlling measures to different mine blasting projects. At the same time, a qualitative method of mine blasting safety management is offered from the angle of project management. Combined qualitative method with quantitative model, a whole safety management and control system of mine blasting projects is accordingly formed. This measure is accurate and simple, and it makes definite guiding sense on insuring of mine blasting safety.
