Fire Risk Analysis of Knife Switch in case of Overload

摘要：

When knife switch overload, the temperatures of it will rise in such place as the switch leads, the meet place of dynamic and static slices, the fuse. The overheated knife switch might light surrounding burnable materials and has possibility of fire. In order to fully tell the possibility of fire, factors that affecting temperature rising have been discussed. Fire risk has been analyzed when the switch reached the max temperature. Some proposal has been put forward so as to prevent fires due to the knife switchs overloading. Theory guidance has also been offered for sake of using knife switches safely.
