Improvement and Perfection of Active-mode Gas Pressure Determination in Coal Seam
On the base of wide investigation on problems of present active gas pressure determination instrument in coal seam, improvement and perfection of this instrument are carried out on aspects of borehole sealing material, mechanical structure, pressure determination system, data acquisition and analysis. Based on well-proportioned design method, gum elastic end seal material with well-sealing nature and high strength is developed. On aspect of mechanical structure, the pole connecting fore stand and end sealing equipment of pressure determination instrument is changed into tube connection mode, and this tube can also be used as the container of solid-liquid sealing medium. In consideration of deficiencies of present pressure determination system, the delivery mode of three-phase foam is altered, and an pressure value of rapid compensation for gas charging is added to adjust three-phase foam pressure. In order to perfect data acquisition and analysis, an automatic acquisition, visualization, and analysis system of gas pressure parameter is developed. Practical applications show that the improved and perfected gas pressure determination instrument has advantages of high success rate, quick operation, laborsaving and convenient data acquisition and analysis, and it has wide application domain on gas pressure determination work.
