Fault Diagnosis of Explosion-proof Hoist Control System Based on Multi-sensor Information Fusion
The explosion-proof hoist control system (EPHCS) is the main device of the coal mine. The reliability of the EPHCS is very important for safety in the production process. In order to improve the reliability of fault diagnosis of the EPHCS, this paper presents a new fault diagnosis method of the EPHCS based on the multi-sensor information fusion. A calculating method of the basic probability assignment (BPA) for the EPHCS was given. Taking the invisible electric fault of the EPHCS as an example, this paper presents the implementing process of this fault diagnosis method in detail. The diagnosis result indicates that the information fusion has the stability and the ability of fault tolerance,and can improve the accuracy and reliability of fault diagnosis of the EPHCS effectively.
