Analysis of Loss Power Process for Mine Hoister driven by Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor
With the increasing development of ultra-deep shafts and the challenge of the elder hoister model for the core of rotor motor, Mine Hoister driven by Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor emerges as the times require. It is necessary fairly to study on loss power process for Mine hoister, which is unable to avoid to transient loss power of power systems in industry. The paper analyses profoundly the process of loss power of Mine Hoister driven by Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor. The study is focus on power generation braking for three-phase short-circuit of PMLSM. If Mine hoister being loss power upward, braking process will include three phases: decelerating up, accelerating down, and even speed down. In the process, the motor current, potential voltage and power angle change rapidly, the changing extent depends on load magnitude, winding resistance and magnet density produced by permanent magnet and other factors. The analysis for loss power process is validated by the comparison of simulation and experiment results.
